This privacy policy explains how Kashif A. Tai ("we", "us", "our"), operating SensorHub Dental at sensorhubdental.com, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.

• Contact and order details: your name, practice or business name, billing and shipping addresses, email address and phone number.
• Professional verification: where needed to comply with prescription-device rules, your professional license number, licensing state, or practice details.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe, our checkout and payment provider. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or our contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files used to keep the site working, understand how it's used and measure advertising. See "Cookies and your choices" below.

How we use your information

• To process, verify, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims.
• To answer your questions and send transactional messages such as order confirmations and tracking updates.
• To confirm that purchases of prescription devices comply with applicable law.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and to prevent fraud.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including Google Shopping ads.
• To send marketing emails, only if you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers (UPS or FedEx), email provider, website host, and analytics and advertising providers such as Google. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• A successor business if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies and your choices

We use essential cookies to make the site and checkout work, and analytics and advertising cookies, such as those from Google, to understand site usage and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may stop working if you do. Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, honor warranties and meet tax and legal requirements, generally seven years. We keep contact-form messages for up to two years unless they relate to an order. We delete or anonymize information when it's no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and share, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as tax records.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information or its sharing for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information.
• Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

We'll verify your identity by matching information you give us with our records, and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll respond to the appeal within the time required by your state's law.

California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers, commercial information (purchase records), internet activity, approximate geolocation, and professional information, for the business purposes described above. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described under "Cookies and your choices", and we don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.

Children's privacy

Our website and products are intended for dental professionals and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and notify you by email of material changes if we have your email address.
